What is the longest losing streak in the MLS?

Also, what is the longest winless streak in the MLS?

The longest winless streak is New York (at that time Metro Stars) - 19 games regular season and one more in the playoffs

I know at least 3 teams have had 9 game losing streaks, but I don't know if anyone has topped that.
