Computer won't POST after Restart.?
I've been struggling with this problem for almost a week now... Basically, if I use the "restart" button in Windows 7, my computer won't POST, and refuses to POST until I spend hours (literally) resetting the CMOS, rebuilding my system, hundreds of attempted boots, etc.
Any help, suggestions, or (preferably) solutions?
Specs:
Athlon x3 440
4GB G.SKILL DDR3-1333
Asus M4A79XTD EVO
EVGA GTX460
Corsair TX650w
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
It's not the memory, it passed Memtest86+ and OCCT.
I have already RMA'd the motherboard, it worked fine until I accidentally hit the "restart" button, and now it's stuck in the non-post state.
Both of the problems you linked are not relevant to mine, thanks anyways.

I would suggest checking your memory in a different machine. This can be a reason for it not being able to POST. If you are using a Dell machine, they have four numbers (1,2,3,4) located somewhere on the box. See what numbers light up and stay lit after startup. Then you can go on Dell's website and find out what those numbers mean.

What if it is the hardware problem of the board itself??
