Prescribed Dovobet for psoriasis.......side effects?
Have been applying it for 4 days and 4 the last 2 have felt ridiculously tired and really irritated by everything, kids hubby etc etc, which is not like me at all. I have just looked up side effects of Dovobet and it states fatigue and irritability!!!! I am going to stop using it, how long before side effects go please. Thankyou.

These are generic references to the potential side effects of the to constituents if sufficient systemic absorption takes place. I am afraid that this is likely to mean than the symptoms you have are unrelated and indeed if you read the data sheet first may be placebo side effects due to your mind working overtime.
That said I dislike Dovobet and on NO ACCOUNT should it be used for any length of time. It contains a potent flourinated steroid which not only damages skin, marking and thinning it, but also produces a phenomena called rebound. This means that with prolonged use when you try and discontinue the cream the psoriasis rebounds, returning often at an increased severity.
I assume you were put on Dovobet after Dovonex failed or stopped working. At that stage older preparations such as tar and dithranol are often a better choice than steroids, though they need both expertise and time from your GP.

I think the most important thing - which is written in every 2nd sentence - is to check with the doctor who prescribed it if you have side effects.
