Day cruise from La Spezia to Naples?
We are travelling in Italy during March. I am wondering whether it is possible to take a ferry (or similar) from La Spezia (or Cinque Terre) to Naples (or Sorrento) for similar cost and time to taking trains.

No, it's a long distance from La Spezia to Naples. You can probably book a private cruise, but it will be much more expensive than the train. There are no scheduled ferries on that route that I'm aware of.
