Should Springsteen be the official rocker of NASCAR?

Springsteen should be the official rocker for Power Mobility Scooters....man this guy looks old now.

and Back in the 80's I could handle him ok but I was thinking,during the halftime show,who in the world ever told that boy he could sing.

And thought about putting something on yahoo answers about it to see what everyone else thought,(now I know)

I watched Kyle Petty one time and he has him beat 1000%.

Well to answer your question for this fan it is YES! i am a Huge Bruce fan - i got tickets for his show in Hartford this morning when they went on sale and he sets off endorphins in me like no other. He is the only man outside my immediate family i love unconditionally. I don't even love my ex has much as i adore Bruce.

Love Seager too but the Boss can put Junior Johnson in a song (Cadillac Ranch) and sing about the county of Darlington! Who else can say that??

I don't know if he has very many songs that really fit NASCAR even though he has a lot of songs about cars. Still, I like the idea. A lot of his songs are about the working class, and that is who is the "typical" NASCAR fan.

I'm a big Boss fan, and I'm only 23. We're not all showing our age.

Personally, I am not a big Springsteen fan, but it would be be better than Kelly Clarkson. I will admit the best performance at last year's Daytona was by Lady Antebellum.

Springsteen shouldnt be the official of rocker of any unless its an old folks home. This was the first half time show i have ever changed the channel on. Couldnt handle more than 2 minutes of that

I would happy with Metallica or Saliva. But im a 40 year old head banger and my son loves it too.

Edit: I love old music, Bruce though, eh. He's got a couple good ones but not Nascar-esque.
