Does anyone know where can I buy a 6ft x 2ft rabbit hutch cover?
Yes i have searched on eBay etc.. the biggest i can find is a 5ft cover.

Sounds like the sort of thing you'd best make yourself.
It's easy.
Go to your local DIY shop and buy that size board in Marine Ply, and enough roofing felt to cover it, and some roofing tacks.
Put them all together and voila.

They have 2 types in stock at Amazon, But for some reason they don't show the dimensions. You might be able to guess by looking at the pictures so take a look at the below link. They do have a Winter Cover For 6 x 3 x 4 Delux Rabbit Hutch, Run Cage. That might work for you:
