    yah waktu SMP saya sempat ikutan PD (perisai diri) sekitar setahun tapi berhenti karena saya ebtanas

    memang bagus.. karena bukan hanya fisik yang dilatih

    Perisai diri sesungguhnya adalah IMAN bro. bukan silat, karate, gulat, taekwondo, atau sebagainya.
