what does "remedies cumulative" mean?

This term is used in a rental agreement:

All remedies under this agreement or by law or equity shall be cumulative. If a suit for any breach of this

agreement establishes a breach by Tenant shall pay to Management all expenses incurred in

connection therewith.

Can someone translate that into common english?

Thanks.

Basically, they can nickel and dime you to death. If Paragraph 1 would get them $100 and Paragraph 3 would get them $300, they can apply both and get $400.
