Can you enjoy Rock (and Pop) Music?

Can you enjoy listening to Rock or Pop music, without feeling the need (as many here do) to make all those comparisons?? "What is the BEST song?" - " Who is the BEST band?" - ad nauseum, ad infinitum...

    Yes, definitely. If you're really into the music so much, you won't feel the need to make comparisons.

    yeah, i don't even know how some people can decide the best out of millions songs/bands. i like A LOT of songs and bands but for some reason i can't pick my best, i can't even pick my top 10... lol

    and yes i do enjoy them, but sometimes they get boring because i often overplay them

    Good point....everyone's likes and dislikes are so different. I do like to get opinions, though, it has given me some new groups to listen to.

    I don't need to do it, I don't do it generally, if someone asks me I'll try and give an answer, even if it is near impossible
