i'm a little worried b/c i got diagnosed finally with cervicitis and bacterial vaginitis on thursday the 8th and i took azithromycin the first night followed by metronidazole 500 mg twice daily and naproxen 500mg twice daily for pain. However, I'm still waking up in pain and i till have burning in my urination and vaginal discharge. Please tell me when you are on these antibiotics when should the symptoms start clearing and why i'm still in pain plz. (Preferably someone with medical knowledge or pervios experience)
