What are some good techno artists/bands?

i know of Basshunter, I Am X-Ray, and The EllarSound.

and if you can, please tell me of ones that don't mainly sing in english. if not, english is fine. i just like the sound of a different language.

    i personally like gigi d'agostino he's italian but his music is in english and really good, mauro piccoto, safri duo its percussion techno they play all kinds of drum and they are just amazing!

    groove armada is excellent, fatboy slim, daft punk has a very good eclectic sound, there is soo much and soo good it will take me forever to make a bigger list.
