Recently started playing goalkeeper again. Its been 7 years since I last played (high school). All the basics are still there, but Ive lost a step somewhere. Im in pretty good shape, but my vertical leap is crap. What are some good exercises to heighten my vertical leap?
(side question: I wear a knee brace with metal supports running down the sides. Is that legal to wear during play?)

i think metal is illegal but it probably depends on what league you play in
