A challenge: How do I set a timer on my laptop to stop music (Winamp) at a set time?

Question

OK, I'm spoiled.  I want my laptop beside my bed at night with music playing in Winamp.  I want Winamp to stop at a certain time (like the sleep function on an alarm clock).  It can be a set time such as 11:00 p.m. or it can be number of hours such as 1 hour.  Can I setup a task for this (the whole laptop can be shut down as well - it doesn't matter)?  If so, how?  If not, do you know of any other software to do the trick?

P.S.  My OS is Vista (I love it so don't slam it please).

You just put in when you want your computer to shut down.

After you sleep i guess you better shutdown the laptop, you can do it from a Scheduled task in vista, if you dont know how, search for Scheduled tasks in the Help and Support form start menu.
