After playing only a handful of games with Manitoba, Jim went on to play numerous seasons for the Cleveland Lumberjacks of the IHL and the Nottingham Panthers of the BISL. Most recently, for the 2005-2006 season, he was an assistant coach with the Grand Rapids Griffins of the AHL.

TB had a good answer, but I would like to mention that Paek also played 217 NHL games - mostly with the Pittsburgh Penguins, including 2 Stanley Cup wins (1991 and 1992).

He is still an assistant coach with the Grand Rapids Griffins of the AHL.

I believe he is now coaching in the AHL, as an assistant coach for the Grand Rapids Griffins.

It doesn't matter he wasn't that good anyway.
