People get told repeatedly every day what they need to do to prevent heart disease. Very few listen. Look around you. Smokers. Obese people. Obese people smoking. And only non-smoking health food nuts exercising and maintaining a healthy weight. Awareness and human nature are not compatable.

if you have seen how cancer strips you of your dignity how it kills you slowly how your husband cries at night because he is frightened to go to sleep how you hold in in your arms and tell him it's OK to go as he cant take any more how you watch your 17 year old son carry his dads coffin.

then how you see how heart disease kill your dad 3 weeks later how this nearly kills your son and how much rage fills him and then he asks you why.

once you have experienced both then you may understand
