In food chem we had a maltodextrin as our sample and made up standards of glucose, maltose, fructose and sucrose that we put through the HPLC.

I have identified the sugars present in the maltodextrin but don't know how to work out their exact concentration in it (in g/100mL)

can anyone help me with a formulae of some sort or a website that explains the calculations?

Also I have 3 lobe piercings which ones should I stretch, not the 3rd cos they are too high and on cartlidge, I was thinking my middle ones so I can still wear studs or dangly earrings but can you do that?

Got my Christina pierced 3 months ago. Now it is itchy, still bleeds at the base n the hole for the top ball keeps getting bigger n I have to keep getting larger balls put on.

Should I keep it or take it out?

People keep using it and I have no idea what it stands for.

whenever i open my pencil case i seem to have 50 pens and highlighters everywhere...i do enjoy colour to a few colourful pens are needed to bring some fun into note taking....

Whenever I sit down to read a textbook I find myself highlighting everything and re reading the same line 20 times.

I start an important master degree in about a month and the last yr has been spent working part time & varying in shift times. I struggle to make the day without a nana nap. I'm trying to ease my way into eating breakfast & it's becoming a massive task in itself.

I guess it's like a restless leg type thing but they hurt I have to keep moving them to stop the pain. I am on sleeping pills that help relax the muscles but they aren't as good anymore.

i want another piercing, i currently have 26, so its not a massive deal to me. I have have 2 bottom lip piercings on either side and a left nose piercing. Obviously if i were to get a munroe it would be on the right hand side... Here is a photo of me currently.

I downloaded what I believe was a PDF file on my iPad from my university blackboard. However I can only view the first page and I cannot scrol down or open it... Do I need to get a particular app for my iPad ?

I babysit this little 9 yr old boy for a few years now, mainly on a casual on call basis, Saturday evenings, pick ups from after school nothing permanent. She is getting married to her partner and they have invited me to their wedding. I believe because they are both from the UK that it will only be a small wedding but e little boy letslip some details and it could be an expensive one.

I have been invited +1 but i don't have a boyfriend or a guy I could even take.

Am I expected to go?

Met this guy online like 3 years ago we have been chatting on and off over the time. Few years ago he moved to my state (he lives interstate) but we never got around to catching up. Now on Friday he is coming to melbourne for a friends party and he wants to catch up for coffee.

I'm fine with coffee as it can be as short or as long as you want it to be. My question... What is appropriate to wear?

Bare in mind it will be 33 degrees on the day so maybe an evening coffee might work better.

I have no idea what I want from this meeting so am going in open minded and it's coffee for now.

I am driving so I have a quick escape if things turn sour and he does not know where I live.

It's been ages since I've been on the dating scene and ages since my last boyfriend and my new years resolution is to stop making excuses and get out and meet new people

do you have all the hours in the week, subtract sleep, travel etc or do you have another way... I would love to hear some that might help my motivation to study more and be more productive.

I live with my mum in a small 2 bedroom villa and my bedroom is also my study. Im in the process of de cluttering but in the past have struggled to study in my bedroom and I am not sure why. I tend to hit the library or university however if you leave something at home (uni is 1hr + drive) then you may have wasted your trip in.

Advice on this?
