I apply a few months back to the VA Vocational Rehab Program and my VR&E counselor has asked me to re-file the Veteran Plan Rationale Form, she said that I needed to re-write my vocational objective/job goal but she was kind of ambiguous about it. I am interested in a BA or MA degree in Business Management, can someone help me out please?

A few days ago I started to feel my finger tips going numb, which I though might be bad circulation but as I touch my finger tips to my face I could not detect the tale tale sign of cooled fingers, they were room temp. Yesterday I went to work and suddenly as I was about to start my first round my fingers went numb as if when your leg goes to sleep and you feel a tingling, but the tingling got so bad that I started to get anxious. I need to take a health essentials course and the book itself is Introduction to Health Science Technology. Now the one that its been use now is edition 2 but its pretty pricey so I was wondering if anyone knew the difference between edition one and two and if perhaps I can get away with using edition one since is not a math text book.

I fill out all the school forms for my child to start kinder, they have a survey where they ask about language used at home. I was honest in the fact that I speak Spanish and I am teaching my daughter Spanish. I got a letter yesterday all in Spanish stating that because I wrote that my daughter knows both English and Spanish she was given a test which I was not informed of and got place in low intermediate English instead of mainstream English. I never requested the school for her school forms to be send in Spanish and my husband can't speak Spanish nor read it. When I told the secretary about this dilemma she brush it off by saying that if any parent places that they speak Spanish the person who is sending the letters would assume that I want them in Spanish and that because I wrote that my daughter knows another language other than English only that she will automatically be labeled and given a test for second language English. I was never inform otherwise I would have wrote English only. I am not negating my background but I want my daughter to enjoy the same benefits of an education without been labeled. I feel lied to and my daughter been cheated at such a young age, she is very eloquent even her teachers have said so yet because she is hispanic she has been given a test which what would a 5 year old know to answer tests?? Is this legal?? how can I have them change that information in the school?? should I talk to the district??

I got an RE4 code in the Navy Honorable discharge with the following reason:

MILPERSMAN 1910-122

Separation by Reason of Convenience of the Government - Personality Disorder.

Long story short I was diagnosed with PTSD due to been raped by fellow sailors.

My question is since I am joining the National Guard and they are waiving my RE4 code and I will be serving in my hometown. would I be able to enlist back in the Navy if I want to at some point return to the Navy???
