We looking for low crime, nice area and a good place to raise kids ( we have two boys - 4 & 12 ). We are hoping for a house around 250-300k . Hi , my true story is : I worked for car dealer ship on 2007 ( w2 ) with payroll is 8k/month . Then 2008 am self-employ ( still pay for myself 8k very month ) last month I go back to same job like 07 and got 3 paycheck 4k on 4/15 , 4/30 and 5/15 . My husband own IRS 15k and I have 40k in saving now . My renting is $1350 and credit score only 645 ... can I use 8k refund from HUD to pay tax on the closing day ? Can I get the FHA loan with all these problem ? Iam in TX . Thank you .

I have 2 boys , working for car dealership ( special finance and will get same job in new place ) . In CA ,my husband working on 7days / week from 9am to 9pm ( if not so we will be not in up - just only my husby working and my house's payment is over 5k/month + tax .
