Looking for garage door advice Raynor v Amarr?
I'm in the garage door market. I'm trying to make an educated decision on why to pay more money for a Raynor garage door over an Amarr that is more widely distributed. Aside from the door itself, does anyone know of differentiators between the 2 such as the all the other hardware (hinges, tracks, rollers, etc.) I see Raynor has a lifetime warranty on rust, where Amarr as on rust 'through'. Your input is appreciated.

I live in the US. For some reason, the responses I receive are all tagged from Yahoo Canada. The question expiration reminder is also from Yahoo Canada. I don't see anything on my profile that can be changed. Anyone have a clue??
2 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoBrake/Rotor replacements for '06 Volvo XC90. Ok to go to to chain like Meineke/CarX?
The short of it is I don't want to spend $650 at a dealership for Volvo parts. The local CarX owner is offeringt to replace front rotors and brakes for 400. Does anyone have any advice on why not to go to one of these cheaper places with my SUV?
5 AnswersVolvo1 decade agoIs a 1.5% commission fair for a buyer agent that found my fsbo on craigslist? I am not on the MLS.?
I put my condo on the market 2 days ago and have already had a few agents contact me. The purpose of going the fsbo route on craigslist initially was to avoid these fees. My friend who is in real estate said to offer a discounted 1.5% since they sought me out on craigs and since my listing is not on their system. Sound reasonable??????
3 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoHow much of a loss will a relocation company take on a house?
There is a house on the market. The relo company bought it for 647K. They've reduced the price to 599K. Overall the house has been on the market for 320 days. I am prepared to throw a lowball offer (500K) at them since you can't insult a relo company like you can a homeowner. Does anyone have insight on typically how big of loss a relo company will take. Especially consdiering the current state of the market?
