Someone got injured at our house. They’re not suing but would like for us to pay their medical expenses. If it’s not too much, is it worth filing a claim with my homeowners insurance to pay for it, or should I just pay out of pocket? I’m wondering if there are any consequences, like increase in premium etc. 

My significant other gets too many parking tickets. We pay them on time every time. However, my question is, as long as they are paid, do they affect you in any way? I.e when renewing liscense, etc? I want to know if it has any possible negative consequence. We live in IL

I m wondering if there was a way to get married if I can t make it to courthouse- I am disabled and can provide a note from my physician.

Is there some sort of process set in place for people who aren t able to leave their home?

My apartment does not have a no pets policy and they know I have a dog. My dog pays a pet rent and deposit. However, do I have to disclose that he is my ESA? I don't want to face discrimination and decided not to disclose that he is my ESA since I'm allowed a dog.

Between talking to my doctors,I am considering a service animal. However there are a lot of scams out there for service dog registrations. The ADA website isn t very clear on how to officially obtain a service animal or if registration is required.

it seems like my 8 month old puppy gets sucks every month or so, recently. Sometimes it'll be worse than other times. He loses his appetite and becomes somewhat lethargic. We've taken him to the vet and they say he's healthy..... But is it normal for puppies to get sick often? He does go to daycare 4 days a week. Maybe it's from interacting with so many dogs?

I inquired about an apartment in zillow. A realtor contacted me and she then found more places for me to look at and took me around. I didn t pay her anything so how does she get paid?

What s confusing is I could have just contacted the leasing office myself and didn t really need her, so in that case, why would the leasing agent pay my realtor? People can just call the leasing office themselves ...
