Make a note of what it says after Model Identifier

Go to the folder (this can be achieved in Finder using Go>Go to Folder (cmd-shift-g) )

/System/Library/Extensions/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/Plugins/ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin.kext/Contents/Resources

Find the name from step 3 and move it to a folder that you can find again if needed.

Restart and you’re done

I have no idea what any of this means but i need it to get my computer to work properly. For example, what am I using the cmd-shift-g for? and what is the part with the system/library?

So I signed up for a gym in May last year (9 months ago) and never got to picking up the membershup card. Now I finally want to actually get it but don't want to be embarrassed about waiting 9 months to get it so I was wondering if they would know that I hadn't picked up the card after 9 months?

Okay so I am using Technic on Mac, I have 3 worlds, I am able to open 2 of them fine, but the third and my main one will not load without crashing.

I get to the main menu, click single player, select the world, it says downloading terrain, takes me to the main menu and then closes the program. The other worlds work fine no problem at all.

My thought was to delete the most recent save file but i can't find the individual save files if there even are any in my Minecraft folder.

Any idea would be great, and I would really appreciate the help.

I have tried multiple times the " Type ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft into spotlight and just hit enter!" apparent solution but no it doesn't work. All that comes up is the web pages i have been on containing those words. I have a legal version of Minecraft that is up to date as well

I'm 19 and I've traveled alone to some American cities, Boston and New York to name a couple and my parents were uncomfortable with that enough but I want to start travelling and I'm going to but my mom is one of those moms that think I'm going to get shot 50 times the second I land anywhere outside of Canada (I'm from north of Toronto). I wanted to go to Mexico but she seems really worried about me going there so I am planning a trip to Singapore instead this fall.

1. What can I say to make my parents more comfortable with my solo travels other than just "I'll be safe"?

2. I have heard Singapore is a safe city, is this true? Do you have any recommendations for hotels in safer areas of the city?

Okay, so I know that it is spread through bodily fluids, however thats pretty much all I know so this is all just based off how it sprains. So for the near future it is unlikely it will start spreading here in North America, however, if it does get over here, isn't it possible it could become some sort of STD? I'm not panicking about this nor am I genuinely worried but it's just something I was thinking about and felt like saying something.

It literally takes me anywhere from 1-3 minutes to load a simple google search and I'm MAYBE a metre away from my SMCD3GN Modem/Router. I know my mom is paying around $120 for internet and we have it unlimited.

It's just really starting to annoy me and I can't believe they're allowed to charge us this much for such terrible service. What's the point of paying $120 a month for unlimited internet when you can barely hit 100GB because of how long it takes to load things?

And last I checked a quarter after 1 on a wednesday isn't exactly a high traffic time.

I looked on their website and they're advertising a modem/router to rent for $!2/month, would the router make a difference at all? even if it's just for wifi range? thank you and any other suggestions are welcome!

But I still am unable to work it out. One person commented

Not in response to me but I thought it would help but however it did not. I go to platform tools and right click to New terminal at folder, and type in the command from the comment but 5 lines come up saying

./flash-all.sh: line 17: fastboot: command not found

I'm paying almost $100 a month for my phone. I signed up for this contract because the phone is LTE capable and Bell's coverage chart said my work's location has LTE, however, this is not true and i barely get 3g. Would this be enough to get myself out of the contract?

I downloaded a movie onto my tablet and now I want to put that movie onto my computer. i connect the tablet to the computer but it says I can only do that if I make my tablet appear as a camera (PTP) because (MTP) for whatever reason doesn't work. when i have it on MTP nothing shows up and when i have it as PTP only downloaded pictures show up but not downloaded videos.

Why is this so difficult and how the hell do i get a video onto my computer????

I mean, would the employer have its lawyer send a letter to you stating that the employer overpaid you and that you need to repay them? I received a letter very similar to this and it doesn't feel right to me

I need $2000-$5000 fast. I have payments to make and I was recently unemployed until today and I will be making at least $1776 a month from here on out. But because I have a debt of $5150 which includes credit card of $500 and money for a lawyer. I need to pay around $2440 this month and I would be losing money faster than I am making it, as well as no other means of getting the money, would they be willing to loan it to me?

I saw that Citi bank offers plans that would have me paying them $200 a month for about two years which is much less stressful on me and I would have no issues making those payments

I just got a job here and start Monday. Believe me I have heard all the crap about this company, the 100% commission, long hours etc, etc. But I want to at least give it a shot for a day or so to see if I can make it work for me. I will be selling Bell internet, TV, and home phone door to door. They said they average at getting every 2 out of 80 people to sign up. I know this seems low but they also said getting that each day would make me $850 a week. My question is how difficult is it actually? Is this really a total waste of time or can I make this work for a while?
