So,. I started my new job a month ago. The story is my previous employer business had to be closed by the bank due to my boss did not returned to US and owe $$. Will I received W2 when the company still owe small amount $$ to the payroll company? As far as I know, the payroll company is the one who run this forms, am I right? Please advise of what I have to do, or who I should contact.

So, sometimes I think my man is afraid of commitment, he's in his mid 30. We've been together now for a year and a half. We are moving slowly and he sees it's very important for him to have his own time. we see each other 3 times a week, occasionally 4 times. Last summer we were very distant, maybe see each other once or twice a week.

But few weeks ago, he gave me his house key, which it's big.

Should I still be worried if he's a commitment phobia?

Would a commitment phobe give a key to his gf?

3 wks ago I had couple of interviews with a company. They called me a day later saying that I am in and that I should received all the hires packet in my email for me to fill out and send back to HR. They want me to start no later than end of Oct. So, 2 weeks ago, they emailed me and said due to some technicallities (firing another person for my position) they cannot get me started until 3rd week of nov. which is fine. However, I haven't received my offer letter in the mail (it is a piece of paper to proved that I'm officially hired). I was supposed to received it last week. What I received was 401K booklet, with letter congrats and welcome.....bla...bla.

My question is, does it mean Im hired? or not?

because I emailed him back today asking about the letter but he said it would take him couple of days to find out. I just feel like something's wrong, or someone's stalling.

What's your thought on this?

please help me out to decipher what it means:

i haven't spent anytime with my man for 4 days, and we normally spend time yesterday (wed) and sat and sun. there was time few wks ago where he pulls back and mayb freak out about our relationship, so I just let him be and keep myself busy. things seem to be fine. yesterday i told him i was tired and was just going to go home and hit the bed. he said: ok i'll talk to you later.

today (thurs) we always have our own guys/girls nite out. so we rarely spendtime together. however, he called and see what my plan is tonight and that he is going out but have an early nite, but still would be i assume arond 10pm. wanted me to call him when i'm done to see if we can rendevous??

i'm just curious, we've been together for a year, and the thought to he just want sex cross my mind specially he is going to be away w/ his buddy this entire weekend.

he could just plain miss me, but who knows.

please help me?

i haven't talked to him for 2 days now, and im trying to give him alone time. if i don't hear from him tonight, should i call him tomorrow or text to say happy birthday?

we talked and he thinks that lately i have changed and seem to be waiting around for him, etc (needy), and thought that i've been pushing him too much towards commitment which he can't give right now. I told him that wasn't my intention and i'll be more aware of it in the future. I always have a hard time to let him know how i feel and never talk. He also complains about this which understandable, so this talked was the firstime after a year. I also think he is having a midlife crisis (since he's afraid of getting old) he is to be 36 this week. I also think that from his last relationship 4 yrs ago(3 yrs relationship) he got hurt bad. she was playing a lot of games and mindgames. so that means maybe he's afraid of commitment as well/ being very catious. so i've been trying to get back on track, keep myself busy and not calling him, go out with friends.

my man told me few months back that we are exclusive, and introduce me as his girlfriend, however the other day, we were talking deep and we share each other fear and thoughts and feelings, he mentioned that we are dating. i asked what it means, he said that we are going out. im confused. are they the same thing?

We normally spend time each other 3 times/wk, now it's twice/wk and granted before this spree happened, we spent time almost everyday for 2 weeks. Should I leave him be? He does tell me in advanced that he has plans with his friends, either a week advanced or whenever he's invited. We've been together for a year. Do you think he freaks out about his personal space? We never had arguments/fights until recently, just little arguments-mayb it's that time of the year?

When I asked him why he go out so much, he said he would like to enjoy the summer, because it almost ends. I am now packing up my schedule to go out w/ friends as well. But I want to spend more time w/ him. Should I wait to ask him, and see?

perspective "that" is a sign that I trust him. He said, if I'm giving him this he'll take it, but he also mentioned that this is my private space, am I sure? I replied "of course, It is not like u're going to come in and barge in all thetime. I trust you". We haven't talked for two days, although it is normal behavior. But I'm now in doubts whether I made the right move. I certainly don't want to freak him out, that's the least of my intention. I want nothing back in return. So, wondering on what your opinion is.

my bf has so many single friends. thy're all in the late 30s. so they are out pretty much thurs and sats 3 times a month, and our time is only fridays and sundays. is this normal?

what's the best way of knowing whether he wants marriage in the future, how and when? is it too early in the relationship?

i've met his parents and family and been to family outing and such.

when your man thinks wedding is just a part of society and does not seem care much of it, does it mean he is not into marriage?

he is 35 and he comes from a good solid family. all his brothers married and have kids.

ask him. 6 mos ago i did ask if we are casually dating. His answer was: "if this is casual we wouldnt last this long". and "he isnt sleeping/dating othr ppl". we see each other 3-4 times a week, i've met his parents and brothers several times now. i guess my question is, are we in a relationship? are there any other signs to know? i would hate to ask him, as that is not my style. i have never been not knowing in my past relationships. he never said"girlfriend" to me. but he let me put couple of clothes and things in his bathroom. it is so mix signal. i'm confused!HELP!
