I'm changing my diet with an intake of 1500 Calories per day in 2 weeks in favor of a diet with 2500+ Calories to accommodate for a new exercise regime.
The 1500 Calorie diet is for weight loss and the 2500+ Calorie diet is to allow me to exercise more [WITHOUT weight loss].
Is such a drastic change in my diet a good idea?
