Okay so I do 30 pushups once or twice a day everyday. I was able to do 30 easily, BUT lately.. Its been getting difficult once I get to 20. I still force to 30. But its difficult. Why is this!? I am 14 years old. And I don't understand this at all!! Please help! Any suggestions on what to do. Or exersizes to do (That can be done from home)

Okay so since I've gotten out of school (in May) I've been running around the neighborhood. I started at a mile and I've only gotten to 2.5 miles.. I would really like to get to being able to run 4 miles easily by August 16th, that is when Cross Country starts.. Any ideas? Okay. I am 14 and I have had a stuffed up nose for like a month now. Its REALLY bothering me. I don't really know if its mucus or my sinuses are swollen. But I spray some Nasal Spray up both my nostrils EVERYDAY because it seems like the only thing to get rid of it. I have tried steam, Vick's, and them mixed together. What do I do? Well me and my girlfriend broke up aboout 4 days ago. She started dating another guy the day after. I really really want her back. I keep shaking. And I feel in deep depression.
