Possibly moving to Albuquerque. What are the good parts of town? What parts should I avoid? And what are the must-see spots?
The office will be in the northeast part of town.
1 AnswerOther - United States6 years agoExcel: is there a subset function?
I have two rows of data, and I'm trying to program this rule:
If any of the values in the first row are not also in the second row, True.
If the second row contains everything in the first row, false.
Ex:
1st row: 500, 525, 550
2nd row: 500, 525
Result: true, because 550 is not in the second row.
Ex:
1st row: 5, 6, 8
2nd row: 5, 6, 8, 10
Result: false. Each element in the first row is also in the second.
Can this be done without element-by-element nested ifs, ands, and ors?
2 AnswersProgramming & Design7 years agoWhy is everyone so concerned with building their credit?
It seems to me that people are going into debt so they can build their credit to go into more debt, and then wonder why they're broke.
Am I missing something?

He came out of Vietnam committed to keeping America's military out of every possible foreign engagement, and now The Secretary of State (America's top diplomat) is beating the war drums. How did he switch so fast?

I took it in for an oil change, and noticed smoke coming out of the heater vent. I thought I was burning oil, turns out its dripping anti-freeze onto the exhaust pipe and smoldering.

There's an article about how the Arabs can't make an army as effective as the US.
One sentence in particular sounds like a trend that's happening here.
"While Western officers thrive on competition among themselves, Arab officers avoid this as the loser would be humiliated. Better for everyone to fail together than for competition to be allowed, even if it eventually benefits everyone."
10 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoDo you think we should change the Presidency to one six-year term?
One term, that's it. That way, once a person becomes President, he can stop campaigning and start governing?
Instead of the President turning the Super Bowl pre-game into his own personal stump speech?
If you disagree with the six years part, but agree with the one term only part, how long would you make the term?

Is a 0-0 draw really worth rewarding the teams with a point?

11 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoDoes anybody in boxing want a unification bout?
For each weight class, there are, what, 4 world champions? Does anybody want a few unification bouts? Or have the belts become like in WWE, just props?
I think that when you have mulitiple champions, you have no champion.
But, what do I know, I'm just a casual fan.
3 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoDoes the NFL still need overtime in the regular season, if it has the two-point conversion?
Score a TD late, the strategy is to kick for one to send it to OT, instead of going for two to win.
If OT were eliminated, now that coach has to decide: go home with a tie, or try to win on the last play.
