I am Seeking advise regarding a SS check. She was Diagnosed with Deimensia and Alz. I do have Durable Power of Attorney and want to know if I should cash it and use it and place it in a bank account which needs to be set up for her or if i should let her cash it and sqander it?

Ok, i know this is going to be a long one but i was recently asked if martial arts instructors in the United States go through any form of backround check. At this time they don't in most states, however, Since we all deal with children should we as martial artists push for some type of State Mandated backround check and obtain some type of teaching certificate from the State just as all other teachers do. What are your Views.

when you pay for a NSF check from a payday loan place, should you recieve your original check back???

i just started working with flash 8 and produced a swf with backround music. When i play the swf in the flash player, all the transitions are in sync with the music but when i import them to a web page and view the page locally, it's not sync'd. can anyone help????
