I have a computer with 768mb of ram, E6600 cpu, SATA 250 GB HDD and an ASROCk core duo VSTA motherboard. I tried to turn it on today and it just shuts off as if I had pulled the power cord out. Sometimes it will get to the windows logon screen and sometimes it will not even stay on for 10 seconds. Since it is getting to windows I do not think it has to due with the Hard Drive. I think it may be the power supply. Could it need to be cleaned? Any suggestions?

I made a purchase of 72 euro on a prepaid card that had 99 canadian dollars left on it. When I look at the transactions it says the cards balance is in the negative $2.14 but the seller says the payment whent through. Also paypal said the payment went through. Should everything be ok?

The hard drive equals about 45 dollars (160GB hard drive difference) but the windows would be about 210.00 US to buy alone. what is a fair deal for me to counter offer
