At what time on 4/20/21 does it actually become read-only? Please help. Thank you.

This is what the announcement at the top of the page says: "Yahoo Answers is shutting down on May 4th, 2021 (Eastern Time) and beginning April 20th, 2021 (Eastern Time) the Yahoo Answers website will be in read-only mode. There will be no changes to other Yahoo properties or services, or your Yahoo account..."
If that's true, it's past that time in the ET areas.That is also supposed to apply everywhere, so seeing how I'm in Calif. Pacific Time, that should be 9:00 PM here, we are 3 hours behind. However it is now 9:15 PM, and as far as I can see, I'm still able to reply with an Answer. 😊🤞🏻👋🏻Of course that doesn't mean my answer will appear here later. SMH
