Will castor oil make my eyebrows longer?
I want to use it to thicken them and make them fuller but I’m scared it’ll make them longer as well

No. Castor oil will not make dead hair follicles produce new hair and it won't make your hair grow. It might moisturize/lubricate the hair so it won't break, which could result in longer hairs within your eyebrows.
