Should prostitution be legalized?

I'd just like to hear arguments from both sides. I think it should be because whatever two consenting adults wants to do is up to them.

Prostitution is legal in several jurisdictions. That is the sort of law that the constitution leaves up to the states to decide. Out here in NV, prostitution in brothels is legal and taxable.

    Yes

    and

    at the same time

being a "John" should be criminalized.

    They did this in Sweden

    and the results:

a tremendous drop in prostitution. More than 90% reduction.

Don't know why they don't do it everywhere

given the example of Sweden's remarkable success.

Yes, it has been in several places already. It should be so they can pay in, have 401ks and collect social security and Medicare.
