Why are Christians against abortion?
No Christian would get an abortion, only Atheist. So that child would most likely be raised Atheist and therefore won't be accepted into heaven however if they were aborted then they would be. So in death their souls are saved.
I'm so confused I thought Christians want to save souls and I thought they think this life on earth is not important. So even though you know they would be sent to hell you want them to be born so they can serve in this life and be condemned to hell in the after death
Heh sorry after life

Let me think -- it couldn't be the deliberate destruction of an innocent life, could it? Oh,yeah...it can.
It couldn't be interfering with evolution, could it? Oh, yeah... it can.
It couldn't go against the Bible, could it? Oh, yeah... it can.

Because it is murder and God commands us to protect the vulnerable.
Murdered children do not automatically go to Heaven, that is a disgusting and depraved justification for the murder of children.

That baby could become anything. Maybe the future president, maybe they'll find a cure for cancer. Abortion is murder.

Abortion is murder. Your argument is very illogical. Anyone can become a Christian, and no parent has a right to end the life of their child. Period.
Thankfully, abortion is not an unforgivable sin. ALL of your sins (past, present and future) are completely forgiven the moment you trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior (Acts 10:43).
The truth is that death leads to heaven or hell, and the only way to heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ.
The Bible is very clear that no one can earn their way to heaven since good works do not pay for sins. See Gal. 2:16, Rom. 3:23-28, 4:4-5, Eph. 2:8-9, Tit. 3:5. The only way to heaven is by believing in Jesus for His free gift of eternal life. Jesus shed His blood on the cross as the full payment for our sins. He did all the work; all He requires of us is that we believe in Him. Once you believe in Jesus Christ to save you, you are secure forever!
Because we have all sinned against a perfectly holy and righteous God, we all deserve eternal separation from God in hell (Rom. 6:23). However, God loves us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die on the cross as our Substitute so we don't have to go to hell. Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave three days later (1 Cor. 15:3-4). He gives eternal life freely to anyone who simply believes in Him for it. No one can be saved by doing good works. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone (Eph. 2:8-9).
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life" (John 6:47).

It's murder. Only God has the right to end life. And plenty of children of atheists have been saved.

Because the right-wing needed a wedge issue. And despite Jesus never saying a word about abortion, they got Christians to vote against everything Jesus actually taught.
It would be funny if it weren't so sad.

Well, on its face, god (if he exists) must be the greatest abortionist of all time. That is because (if god believers believe in "god's will") god has willed that at least 20 percent of all conceptions result in miscarriages (spontaneous abortions), and even more than that because many of the miscarriages occur early without the woman even knowing she was pregnant.
And you say only atheists would get abortions?

Abortion not only causes pain on those who practice it, but it’s also a poison to human society

It’s about control, and producing more Christians who will grow up and donate their hard earned cash to the church in the guise of “charity” so that their pastor can purchase another Bentley. Those things don’t come cheap, you know.
Btw. The majority of people having abortions are religious Christians. But they do it in secret, and then show mock outrage when the abortion topic comes up.
