No. All Christians are born again in baptism.

No, He was talking about Baptism. Which is why He described it as being reborn "through water and the Spirit".

Yes all religion arose from the Hindu-Kush river valley. It is quite obvious when you look for it. I really enjoyed Yoganandra's take on reincarnation in the Bible.

REINCARNATION AND KARMA ARE NOT ANY WORDS FROM THE LORD OUR GOD, HE SPOKE ONLY OF REBORN WHICH ITS MEANING IS BAPTISM.
WE MUST BE BAPTISED IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER , THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT TO ENTER HEAVEN.
BAPTISM AND INFANTS, IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER THE CHILD KNOWS HE IS BEING BAPTIZED OR NOT, THE EFFECTS ARE STILL THE SAME, THE ERASING OF ORIGINAL SIN. YOU ARE THEN BORN AGAIN, PUT IT THIS WAY, WHEN THERE IS A NEWBORN BABY, YOU DONT SAY, WE'D BETTER WAIT TO NAME HIM WHEN HE IS OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW WHAT IT IS, OR A NEWBORN BECOMES A CITIZEN, YOU DONT SAY OH, WE WILL MAKE HIM A CITIZEN THE MINUTE HE IS OLD ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND. SO YOU SEE, BEING BAPTIZED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE RID THE CHILD OF ORIGINAL SIN. IN JESUS DAY WHOLE FAMILIES WERE BAPTIZED THAT INCLUDING ADULTS ALONG WITH CHILDREN AS JESUS TOLD THEM TO DO.

No. He spoke of a spiritual rebirth in the image of God, aka spiritual regeneration.
Jhn 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Jhn 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
"Born again" is Greek gennaō anōthen (another birth) meaning reborn from above - meaning spiritually. Its a spiritual rebirth in the image of Christ who is the exact image of God.
Colossians 1:15 KJV — Christ is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Heres what happened
1- God made Adam in Gods spiritual image. He gave Adam a flesh body also so he could interact in earths physical environment.
2- Adam betrayed God's spiritual image by choosing to live for flesh gratification rather than for the Spirit of God
3- God cursed Adam and all his seed with death and decay, ruining our chances at eternal life here on earth.
4- Later God sent his only begotten Son to die a one time atoning death for all men who would accept his offer. Prior to the crucifixion Jesus showed us how to live in Gods spiritual image again. He was humble, obedient and submissive.
5- So Jesus who is the image of God regenerates us spiritually one by one back into the spiritual image of God and saves our souls. He does this through his word the Holy Bible.
1 Peter 1:23 KJV — Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
6- If this spiritual transformation never takes place in our lives here then we will die in Adams sinful flesh image. And then there is literally hell to pay.

When a person dies, nothing survives. Death is like a deep, dreamless sleep. There will be a resurrection of the dead. This is not a reincarnation but a bringing back to life of the same personality. (Acts 24:15)
Jesus told his disciples: “Lazarus our friend has fallen asleep.”
The disciples thought that Jesus meant that Lazarus was resting in sleep, recovering from an illness. They were wrong.
Jesus explained: “Lazarus has died.” Read John 11:11-14.
Notice that Jesus compared death to sleep. Lazarus was neither in heaven nor in a burning hell. He was not meeting angels or ancestors.
Lazarus was not being reborn as another human. He was at rest in death, as though in a deep sleep without dreams.

You must mean John's gospel where it says that "To all who received him [Christ Jesus], who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, children NOT born of natural descent nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God... Jesus declared, 'I tell you the truth, no-one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again... born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit." He was talking about a new spiritual 'birth' based on believing on Him, which happens to a believer before he or she dies physically. The rebirth Jesus taught bears no resemblance to Eastern reincarnation.
The Bible speaks of the 'law' of cause and effect, or 'sowing and reaping', but that is not what believers in karma have in mind. Jesus flatly denied that horrible deaths happening to people was deserved, due to what they'd done. He said "Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. Or those 18 who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them; do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish." Luke 13:1-5

The Bible was written by Jews, for Jews, who looked to
break away from the centuries-old traditions of their elders.
It was intended to supplement, enhance, and include many
of the teachings of the Old Testament, and become a brand
‘new’ testament for all of the Jewish peoples.
But long ago, a few disheartened Jews took the new book of
their people and used it to their own advantage. Now, Christianity
in its every denomination, is the biggest misunderstanding that has
ever taken place in the history of humanity.
That is why there are no garments, no burial linens,
no grail, no remains, no hammer, no nails, and no cross.
There has never been a savior.
Just a book ... written by the Jews, for the Jews.
