    H2SO4 + 2 NaOH → Na2SO4 + 2 H2O

    (20 mL) x (0.35 M H2SO4) x (2 mol NaOH / 1 mol H2SO4) / (50 mL NaOH) =

    0.28 M NaOH

    So answer d.
