Why do these dumb conservatives hand in all there guns so it will be a safer USA? Then you wake up and only criminals have them?

Using your logic, we shouldn't have any laws at all because criminals don't follow the law.

You require that all guns be registered, then you have a minimum mandatory sentence for an unregistered gun (let all the people who got busted for weed out first to make room). Oh, and you also have a "buy back" program, $100 for each gun turned in.
