Do demands made by current political correctness standards for law enforcement performance exceed science-based human behavior expectations?

Is there anyone on earth ‘worthy’ of employment as a police officer in the eyes of modern political correctness? Is anyone with less than a 140 IQ, a football player physical presence and university level training in medicine, psychology, pharmacology, sociology, cultural understanding, gerontology and dozens more academe recognized disciplines qualified to be a cop?

Chris Cuomo asks Chicago Police Union leader to explain why 13-year-old Adam Toledo was shot:

Update:

Does anyone in media care? My usual Y/A detractors won't answer the question nor will anyone else wishing to do so be allowed the opportunity.

Update 2:

;-)  Just can't help yourself, can you? LOL. Thanks for reading. FYI, I believe that condition is covered by insurance, even Obamacare, I think.

I am not reading that what you claim are "demands" are, in fact, requirements.  Answering or not answering your pseudo-educated rants isn't a matter of not being offered the opportunity.  The decision is more along the lines of "what, again?"

He was shot because he was out gang-banging at 3AM. I can't blame a stupid kid for his terrible choices but I can blame his parents/family/community. He went on a shooting spree with a 21 year old friend. The friend is being charged with endangering a child.
