William probably is upset.  

Harry always looks hot in uniform.  

This is being done for the sake of Prince Andrew and Prince Harry , who are not allowed to wear the uniforms, and this is against Prince Philip's funeral requests. 

You should ask, what's the message being sent? 

They could care less as they’re just having fun reuniting with each other.  The bummer I couldn’t be another year from now though so they could’ve had the big one hundredth like we did for my great grandmother and then gathered again for her funeral a few months later.

Princess Anne might be as she wore her uniform with matching husband for the QMs, funeral and was planning the same this time. Everyone seems worried about the sensibilities of Prince Harry not being able to wear a dress uniform, but Prince Edward can't either. If the Queen commands it, nobody really has much room to be upset about anything.
