If creating jobs is more important than any consequences, why aren't we supporting telemarketing instead of banning it?

There are no consequences to creating jobs.

If you are talking about spam calls day and night on all my devices then yes I am all for some rules to stop the harassment from foreign scam artists.

Rights.....As in your rights stop where mine begin.   And people have a right not to be harassed especially through a service that they themselves pay for.   Not to mention that many use “telemarketing”  to scam and fraud innocent people. 

I only get robocalls now. Even telemarketers have been replaced by the machine.
