You have to fiond solutions to these issues. Your body WILL adjust to the night shift, but it will take time. Your family will have to work WITH you to ensure there is some quality time, some positive interaction.

Of course, the other alternative is to quit your job.  Otherwise, you do what everyone else does ... work at probelm-solving.
