No, I would'nt eat it, I've seen where the 'nests' come from, and how their made.

It's made from the bird spit that the birds use to glue their nests together. I don't know if I'd look at it as something like the way bees make honey, or see it as bird vomit. After writing this, I don't think I'd eat it.
