How do you get subpoena records if most private investigators and lawyers care more about the money and most customer service representatives for subpoena request are rude?

What type of "records" are you referring to?   You can request a copy of your own medical records by request.  Other records are obtained through the Freedom of Information Act.

A subpoena  is a court-ordered command....so you don't/can't as it is a legal term with a legal backing......you can "make a request to see your own personal records someone/a company holds in writing"  you can also use the Freedom of Information Act to ask Government run organisations for specified infomation they hold

You hire a lawyer.  Yes, lawyers want to get paid.  But most of them do a good job.

    Addition.

To get the records your going to need to talk to someone.  I can understand why you hate everyone, but there's no way to avoid dealing with people.
