Relative to a body of cooler air, a body of warm air would be:  A. Moist or B. Dry?

    It depends on whether you're talking about absolute or relative humidity.

    Warm air can carry more moisture than cool air, so it's absolute moisture content is likely to be higher.

    However, since it CAN carry more, if it started out with the same content as the cooler air then simply warmed up it will have a larger deficit.  And will therefore have a lower relative humidity.
