Why not make it federal law...illegally use a gun that murders, once convicted, death penalty in 30 days? No plea bargain, why not?

Murders by gun will drop next to nothing quickly.

Because the point is NOT to insure justice but manipulate for profit...

Besides it would require a greater degree of passive surveillance to insure you actually got the REAL CRIMINAL and not some scapegoat or patsy.

    Just look at London...

It USED to be that once convicted of (true) murder, you were hanged the next day.

The definition of Murder is far too broad. Too many degrees of it too.

I could see a fast track on murder conviction appeals within 3 working days MAX.

Another problem is that Prosecution and cops frequently either hide or create evidence to support a murder conviction. Or any other crime for that matter.

Let's make it a law that any accuser of any wrongdoing tho cannot PROVE their claim, gets the exact same punishment they sought for their accused.

Would cut down most of tampering, false accusations, etc.

True murder is very hard to prove.

Preponderance of evidence means it is just a guess based on what is presented.

And Judges CAN bar evidence is they wish.

IMHO, ALL evidence and demands for it should be automatically included and allowed. Including people's history (shows intent for one thing)

Admission of guilt - painless execution.

Have to prove it, then feed them to live alligators.

Wait, you just claimed a few questions ago that strict laws don't work because criminals don't obey them anyway, now, you're pretending that a strict law will work?  Seriously? You have no idea what you're talking about, do you?

Compare murder rates in countries with and without the death penalty
