One more question about something that's weird?

SLast year I was in nyc and a I wanna to visit a friend of mine and when I did that he wanna me to come inside the house but I said nope. Now I'm 32 haven't seen this dude in over 10 years before last year so I was kinda scare. Anyways I said no.and walked around found out the next day his friend was waiting inside his room for me. What was his plans?
