Where can I get my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller upgraded or modded so that it has sticks that don't get drift, and stuff?

I bought an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller last year when it came out, and I'm disappointed in the build quality, but impressive with the features.

Is there any place that I can go to or something, or do myself, that can strengthen the build quality, more specifically, the sticks?

I've heard of titanium steel replacement parts, but I don't know where to get them or how to put them in, nor do I know of anyone that'll do it for me.
