How do I commute to college if I only have my learner's permit?

I'll be attending college in 4 months. Problem is, I JUST got my Learner's Permit, and in my state, you have to have your Learner's Permit for a year to be able to take the Driving Exam. At the college, I need to have a Driver's license to park my car there. Well, I can't do that. So how do I commute to college?

Read your Driver's Training Manual.   No where in there does it say you have to have a Learner's License for a year.     2 or 3 week minimum I seem to remember.  Then you make and appointment for a road test to try for a Driver's License.   Mom or Dad is not going to ride shotgun with you for a year.  That is the only way you would be LEGAL and car insurance valid(should you get into a crash) The Manual is like a law book, dem are the "laws".

. So that means you go to college like you don't have a car because you do not have a License yet.  Learner's license is like have a 10 speed pedal bike WITH TRAINING WHEELS. so you can balance it.

,  You are not a Legit driver until you pass the road exam.  I took my written 35+ years ago, I still remember this stuff. You it seems, did not read the Driver's Manual.  You GOT TO DO THAT.

Take a city bus or a bicycle.

You find other methods of transportation such as public buses, ride share programs, or make friends with someone and carpool with them (don't forget to give them gas money).

The issue is not simply that you can't park your car on campus without a drivers license.  You aren't even allowed to drive the car there without a drivers license.

It does not seem like you have the skills to achieve in college.

    Try a factory job.

You are going to college.  Figure it out yourself.  If you can't, it might be time to change your career plans.

    What State?  Options:

    Live on campus.

    Live near campus and walk.

A bit further, get a pedal bicycle.

    If lazy, get an E-Bike.

Depending on State, moped, motor-scooter, motorcycle.

Or use public transportation, many people do.

You should have thought about this a year ago dumbdum.

Live on campus and walk or bike

Live near campus and walk or bike

    Get a moped

If there are city buses, live near a bus route that goes to or near the college

Many colleges don't allow freshmen to have cars on campus, by the way.

That rules using your car out. Even if you could park it at college, how would your supervising driver get home?

So you have four choices: walk, run, or choose one option from the picture. Or if legal where you live, use an electric folding scooter.
