Is it rare to get attacked in the UK 

Shall i not go out late alone and be aware

Is staring risky

    dont go out late at night in any country ..dangerous...

    Unless you're a woman, you have very little chance of being attacked randomly when out at night. 

    Not staring at anyone is a polite thing to do.
