Is using hand sanitizer in store mandatory?

My father went to the store after the court hearing and the woman asked him to sanitize. He grabbed the goddamned sanitizer and sprayed it in her face , then drunk the rest and barfed everywhere. He then ran across the dairy aisle pantless while defecating and finally the security came in and threw him out on the glass window. Can i sue the security man for doing that? It could have hurt him. I have a big lawyer. CCTV footage you can find on the internet

Cute story. It's up to the store to set their policy. I have a skin condition which overusing sanitizer can worsen. So unless I think my hands might be contaminated, I don't use it. So far, nobody has said anything to me.

Did he have a mask on? Then they can't sue
