some people deserve it.

No, there are a few that she obviously likes or is sympathetic with.

It seems she has no time for people on welfare.

All fake. You want to hear real blunt,listen to Dr Laura on the radio instead.

She sure hates the men, I remember seeing her rip into a guy who was completely in the right. She did side with him, but she tore into him about how he should have known better.

No. What you see's her way of getting to the truth as quickly as possible, a way that's highly effective and fair by being ecumenically provocative, brusque and no-nonsense, which people find entertaining to watch. In the end, it's a schtick, an act. Some butter you up to get the truth; others provoke. She's the latter. It's quicker. She's only got 30 minutes to get through two cases, after all.

Lawyers and judges see the weak and shameful side of humanity.

She's not a judge.  It's not a court.  It's a tv show and that's her act.
