What causes someone to have weak bones?
I noticed for some reason that I can't run properly anymore so it feels weird cause I give out pretty quickly now. I wonder is this cause I've been sitting my *** in bed all the time or did my bones just changed or do I have some sort of bone issues in my legs?

Your bones aren't the things that help you run faster, that would be your muscles. If you're not using your muscles and exercising regularly, then they're not going to be very strong. The only way to know you have weak bones is if they break a lot or if you've had a bone density test from a doctor.

I would think that the problem is more in your muscles than bones, but "Yes, sitting in bed all the time is not good for you.' And it will take time to get your body retrained

Lack of activity, bones are like muscles - they need to be stressed to become stronger. Some people have health issues or take medications that remove calcium from the bones.
Your running issues are more likely from not using the muscles in the legs. If one has been inactive for while, it is best to gradually add more work to build up the muscles and ligaments and tendons.
