I enjoyed one's comment:
"Jesus was - temporarily only - made less even than the angels."
The trinity doctrine states that Jesus was both 100% God and 100% man, while on the earth. And it was the 'man' part that was made lower than the angels.
This leads to the question,
So if Jesus was 100% God the Son, why didn't he know the time and hour?
Being 100% God, the Son should and would know everything the Father knew.
More important they would have the same 'will' since they are one.
Yet Jesus says he came to the earth not to do his own will but the will of the one who sent him.
Trinitarians 'don't sweat' the 'small stuff'. They are told, 'you can't understand it' so don't try.
Trinitarians are told, 'just believe'.
Trinitarians are told, 'the trinity doctrine is the only way to understand all the scriptures that describe Jesus'
And yet in this instance it doesn't.
Jehovah's Witnesses on the other hand understand all the verses concerning Jesus without finding the trinity.
This is why Jehovah's Witnesses reject this false doctrine and worship the only true God, Jehovah.

He isn't. Jesus Christ is Jehovah incarnate, yes, but he is also the creation and begotten son of God. Almost every Christian you encounter will deny at least one of these Bible teachings.

“Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.” Matt 24:36
How do these words confirm that Jesus is not Almighty God?
Jesus says that the Father knows more than the Son does.
If Jesus were part of Almighty God, however, he would know the same facts as his Father.
So, then, the Son and the Father cannot be equal. Yet, some will say: Jesus had two natures. Here he speaks as a man.
But even if that were so, what about the holy spirit? If it is part of the same God as the Father, why does Jesus not say that it knows what the Father knows?

Hebrews explains in some detail:

I direct your attention in particular to v 9.
Jesus was - temporarily only - made less even than the angels.
We know of two ways in which he was "less" while on Earth in comparison to his previous state (that is: in comparison to the Father)
- #1 - as the verse you mention shows, he was less in knowledge
- #2 - he had a mortal, human body (i.e. he could be killed)
But to answer your question directly:
- Jesus can be (and is) God BY NATURE.
